In this tutorial I will try my best simply how to install and customise a big and having a Newspaper style template to our newsy blogger. If you have a newsy Blogger you can install any Newspaper a big or small template downloaded free or purchased from a designer's template site in the following way. A picture is shown just like a newspaper style of a Blogger with slider.
You can download such newspaper style templates from the blogger UONG JOWO blogspot. If you could not search the download link so you can request in comments by providing your email address for templates. I am sure you will be sent templates via Email Address with in the 24 hours.
If you have downloaded such type of template with a big large face and size, slider and slideshow having different categories and columns you need to go to the Blogger dashboard first and follow the article written already How to install and customise template to a blogger. when you upload a template to your Blogger you can customise the template in the following way because it is quite different to customise it from other simple templates. Follow the steps as shown in the picture to customise a newsy template.
When you click Template Tab when you reach dashboard of the Blogger you can see the the Tab Edit HTML right in the circle. Click this tab and watch another window just like in the following Image below.
This is the HTML window of your bloggers template where you can edit and customise your template. Now Simply you have to edit and customise the Labels and fill up the columns of the template. Click the field of of HTML codes and press the keyboard keys Control +F to find the Required codes of Labels. You will see the following window after pressing desired keys of keyboard as follows.
When you find this above window fill in the blank tab in the right upper corner of the box "Label1 or Label2, and Press Enter key. You can see left side of the box where from Label1 to Label10 or more can be seen apparently.
These Label and Title names are responsible for the whole face and outlook of your blogger. Fill up the Label Name and Title name in the following way.
label1 = "Bn";
Title1 = "Breaking News";
label2 = "News";
Title2 = "Pakistan Special";
label3 = "Top Stories";
Title3 = "Slider";
label4 = "Columns";
Title4 = "Articles";
label5 = "Fc";
Title5 = "Funny Clips";
label6 = "Talk shows";
Title6 = "Talk shows";
label7 = "Corruption Stories";
Title7 = "Corruption Tales";
Label Name Must be Written in the same Capital and small Letters as you Given to the article or Post in the Blogger otherwise No Post could be seen on the face of your blogger. Label Name should be in between the "your label" Commas. Give the Name to the post in the title Name as "Corruption Tales" in the above example of the Title names.
In this way fill up all the labels and title names from one to onwards. You can change afterwards the labels and title names according to the settings and choice you want. Final the editing and don't forget to press the Tab on the top of the box given above in the picture named as Save Template.
Save the template and the job is done you can view your blogger posts in the slider and columns of the template.
